More Finn Pups
Finn has sired 4 litters so far for Canine Companions for Independence and Guide Dogs for the Blind. As of July 2009, Keara, Kaelen, and Larissa have been chosen as breeders for CCI, and Kaylee and Lamara for Guide Dogs. Lavette and Lakota are now working Guide Dogs. Several more are close to graduating as service dogs or guides, and others are still with their puppy raisers or in advanced training. We are very proud of these pups no matter where they end up! Here are some photos.

Wow, what gorgeous dogs! We’d been thinking of volunteering with San Rafael’s Guide Dogs For The Blind, but could not imagine caring for another dog with our hectic schedule. It’s nice to be able to see these dogs grow up and become working dogs! I see so many working guide dogs in Berkeley alone, and it just makes me glow with happiness to see the confidence in the disabled person’s face, walking next to their dog.
